The Business Information Systems (BIS) Trainee Program is a 12-week program designed for high-potential graduates, focusing on three main phases: job rotations, orientation sessions, and department overviews. Each rotation is designed to give the Trainee a broad overview of company goals and objectives and the BIS organization, and also to aid in the development of interpersonal skills and provide technical training. The assignments vary widely, but all require a strong technical and analytical aptitude. Upon successful completion of this program, Trainees are placed in available positions within the BIS department. Trainees are evaluated throughout the program, and progress is reviewed frequently.
