Manufacturing and Distribution efforts are focused on customer service through a variety of mechanisms, including the World Class Concepts of Focused Factories, Cellular Manufacturing and Just In Time. Through implementation of these concepts, we have developed a quick response manufacturing and distribution capability for our customers.

Our progressive manufacturing environment emphasizes process control, focused factories, flexible manufacturing, research and development, quality assurance, purchasing, tool & die engineering, material handling, product assembly and fabrication. Distribution uses a variety of transportation modes, including a company truck fleet, to guarantee timely, responsive shipments. The company maintains 16 field warehouses, two regional warehouses and three major distribution centers in the U.S. Distribution Centers are also located in Canada and Mexico. Career opportunities include the Management of Public Warehousing, Transportation, Fleet Operations, Administration and Distribution Center Operations.

Qualifications:
3.0/4.0 GPA MINIMUM Requirement - (or other related experience).

They must be flexible, quick learners with demonstrated competency in distribution or manufacturing. A demonstrated track records of leadership activities in academics, extra curricular, community or work environment is a plus.
