In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Lithonia Lighting is voluntarily recalling PG16A and PG21A light fixtures sold between January 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008.

If you purchased this fixture after January 1, 2007 you should contact a Lithonia Lighting representative immediately to arrange for a possible replacement.
